Full house as usual tonight.

Had lunch last Thursday.  They have great lunch deals: lunch plus a pint for 50aed.  Huge portions too

good time tonight... great band. they even had a girl that played the saxophone. 

Tried the burger...  You shouldn't go there for the burger. It was a bad order.  It was a packed house and the band was great.

Popped in for a pint and it was indeed really busy. Caught the end of the live band, which sounded great. Only complaint is that it was really smokey, but a really great pub overall.

The lunch deal is definitely where it's at. Where else can you get a pint of beer and huge lunch for under 50 D's? I tried the grilled sausage sandwich, which was awesome. And when I say awesome, I mean incredibly unhealthy. The homemade bread was delicious, even without the layers of butter, mayo, and whole grain mustard. The pork sausage was perfectly cooked, and it came with a pile of fries and side of coleslaw. Venue is great too. Huge TV's, several dart boards, and free valet parking.

Had the fish and chips.  They were great.  This is coming from a guy who tries fish n chips once a year.  I never like it, but C n L makes a great one.

was there on Thursday with the boys for lunch...49AED&nbsp; for an entree and a drink. i will tell you they have some of the best English food in Dubai. oh also the portions are ridiculously big, so be prepaired to get horizontal on it afterwards. <br>

Primarily meant for Union Jack loves to meet, tweet and have a good time. The Crown and Lion is one of the better rated places where you can have drinks, food and smoke if you want too. Some days there are live DJs and private party arrangements are also possible. Splendid...<br>
