I'm a slight convert. The menu is diverse. I had a chicken wrap that was a decent portion, but kind of bland. It came with a choice of salad, fries, or potato chips plus a drink for 40AED. If you're not full, you can always head over to the meet and cheese area for a few samples. I'll go back but so far nothing has stood out as really good. PS: do not get the chicken burger

I heard of the place before but it's even better than I though it is! It very laid back, the atmosphere is great, the food and drinks are brilliant. I had the eggs benedict, it was really delicious, perfect for a late breakfast on a Saturday. I didn't try it but apparently the salmon was also brilliant. And the carrot cake.... Yummm... Total satisfaction....

Hadn't been here in a long time, probably since right after they first opened. Had to go back and see how things were going, halfway expecting things to have slipped since the launch crew had left. To my surprise, everything was spot on. Quick lunch, in and out in about 35 minutes. Had the mushroom risotto and fresh lemonade (pictured). Everything was really fresh and tasty. Service was quick and efficient. Why did I wait so long to come back?

This time no food at Grocers but I told my friend that we need to try the coffee. At the cafe, they have the siphon coffee maker (a bottle with hot water that filters a jumble of fresh coffee beans). We tried the Honduras beans from El Filo farm. The coffee was smooth & not that bitter like an espresso or American brewed coffee. Walking away from jones was tough. Especially when I saw the case of fresh gelatos: butterscotch, hazelnut, and caramelized fig.

I have been to this place once before on the weekend and I was very happy with the experience. I think it had just opened then so it was rammed and overall great service. However...rocked in there last night at 10pm...Air conditioning was on FULL BLAST and the it was an ice box. Staff took a good 10 mins or more to even take our order and the place only had 15 people in. The food was stale when it came as if it had been sat on the counter for half the day....When I wanted to leave I had to wait another 10 mins to be even noticed and collect the bill....really disappointed on the standards of service.. I hope this is not a regular occurrence and just a one off

Disappointing to read the negative reviews below. I myself had a fantastic experience here. We waited no longer than 5 mins for a table (saturday 2pm) and in that 5 minutes we looked round the magnificent cheese room and got to sample whatever we wanted. Once seated, the service was fast and friendly. The parmesan fries were unbelievably moreish and salads were big and plentiful. I really enjoyed my meal here and liked the atmosphere, very different to anywhere else in dubai.

Awful service. You can't have sandwiches during dinner if you want to dine in, only for take-away, what the &**(?. Not enough staff, completley clueless about everything. We walked out after 15 minutes of terrible service. Don't waste your money here!

Went for for a late breakfast today, placed was absolutely packed! Waited 20 minutes for a table, some people waited for over an hour! However food came really fast, had scrambled eggs, side of spinach & fresh orange juice......food was really good. Will def visit again.

2 out of 5 dishes had hair in them. All we received from the floor manager were excuses rather than an apology.

Was packed last night when we went. Salmon was very good, wagyu burger was good. Used an Entertainer voucher so made it very affordable. Would recommend to others.
