Took some visitors here the other week, was my first time. Food was excellent quality. Staff didn't know the menu at all and were a bit dippy though. We came for the view of the fountains and didn't realise it is not actually the best spot for tourists to see them from. The table we were at on the terrace was in front of a wall so you had to stand and kneel on the bench seat to be able to see them when they started and the restaurant is kind of round the corner so you only see some of the fountains. When we booked we had to detail our departure time too i.e table was booked from 8.30 - 10pm, so assume we would have been kicked off of our table if we hadn't have left on time? bit strange over here?! The place was very busy too, which I suppose is a good sign. If you are going for the view, then go to one of the other restaurants.

I've eaten here twice. Both times for a brunch deal they did on some website. Very good sushi, amazing atmosphere and the decor is really stylish. If you live in Downtown the location could not be any better. Great for an entire night out and even better if you want to show some tourists true Dubai life, with the fountain, a stroll through the mall and the souk it's great. They have a plethora of drink options....all over no complaints

I love the food... The ambience n the staffs are great, nice food presentation n we just order and order foods... Price for value.... Only hard to find as the place is really secluded...

3rd time in Karma Cafe. Good chillout place. But they have to change the couches outside, when you sit down you'll sink until no one sees you anymore.

The place was busy and pumping last night. Wasn't happy with my california maki thou and the night got worse when I used the ladies washroom and suprised that a man wearing a dishdash came out of the other cubicle. Sadly the washroom signs they have are very hard to distinguish so i came to alert the manager to change it since it's really shocking to have a man inside while you do your thing.

Crispy shrimp tempura super yum...& the staff were super friendly & attentive!
