Terrible terrible!!!! We TRIED to dine here on thursday evening - we walked in at 8.30pm and were told we couldnt have a table until 9.30 even though the restaurant was almost empty because apparently the kitchen was way too busy to accommodate another table?! So we sat in the bar area in the outdoor terrace to have some drinks and a light snack first until our table was ready and were at first told we could order light snacks and then after ordering drinks were told no sorry the kitchen is too busy for ur light snacks too! So we finished our drinks and left! Have never eaten here before and tbh probably wont go back - they dont seem to be able to manage their kitchen efficiently with 20% restaurant occupancy..... Real shame.

In addition to Johnny's review, which perfectly describes how great the outdoor area, but the food is fantastic. I had been for lunch (see below comments) so I knew the food would be decent. It exceeded expectations and had decent portion sizes (appetizer portions are clearly for 2). Last tip for the night, facecard got 30% off!

I know I am gonna regret recommending this, but there is an outside area here with panoramic view of the fountains where you can get great cocktails and smoke shisha. You can sit in style and comfort to watch the fountains while everybody else jostles fr space down below you.... Dammit...now I'll never get a space again! Check it out on "ladies night also"... Dammit!

I hosted a small event in the private bar area. I have to stay the staff were amazing! Super helpful and professional. The only issue was the AC not cold enough. They have a Tuesday ladies night and a champagne brunch which is reasonably priced. Haven't tried it but will be back soon.

Second time was just as impressive as the first. I went 3 courses this time at lunch and had a chocolate peanut butter fondat/brownie after my starter and main. If the burger wasn't so phenomenal, I might dare trying something else.

Did it again. So impressed with the burger the first time, how could I not order it again? Consistently good... This time added in the Warm Goat's Cheese as an appetizer. Too much good...

Stumbled upon this little gem at Souk al Bahar. They do a great lunch menu with 1, 2, or 3 courses for AED 75, 99, or 125, respectively. All include a beer or glass of wine. Had the heirloom tomato salad w/ horseradish mousse and Margaux Burger. Let me tell you something about this burger: arguably the best I've ever had, definitely the best in Dubai. It's small, but for lunch it's perfect. Served on croissant bun with roasted bell peppers and cheese. Ridiculously good.
