  1. It is the place to go! Beautiful venue, classy crowd, amazing food, delicious cocktails! Even though I don't eat fish my favourite restaurant is Japanese since they have various dishes that doesn't come from the see. My favourite is the wagyu beef tenderloin, I have it with baked potato mixed with spicy butter or grilled vegetables. The wagyu sushi with oscietra caviar is divine, also love the spicy fried tofu with Japanese herbs! The chocolate cake is a must have especially if you are celebrating something, it's simply mind blowing! My favourite cocktail is the raspberry-passionfruit Martini, the best in town! The music is just as the food: exceptional! Hope DJs Brahms&Co. will come back again, they rocked it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xb8aXylzyw&feature=related

  2. Zuma is hand down my favourite restaurant in Dubai. It offer variety, with every changing menu, but the staples are still there like the black cod. The cocktails are amazing. The service is good. Great thing about this place is, when u book a table you actually get it on time. Even though its rediculously busy. Whether you dining with clients or dining with your parents. This is the place to be!!

  6. Perfect city bar to meet a friend or two for after work beverage and a bite if you live or work in the area. In case you are two or three it's really not necessary to book, you'll get a spot at the chef's bar, which is the best place anyway. All the food is fantastic, you possibly cannot order bad. these days i love sea bass in lemon ginger sauce complemented by grilled asparagus. Can also recommend litchi(i think..ask what they serve with a tiny rose on top) martini, it's not sweet.

  7. Zuma, has to be my favourite restaurant in Dubai. The food, service, cocktails, ambiance & people are all amazing. The music by Adrien Callier is insane as well! People may say it can be expensive, but I am always okay with spending a bit more for the highest of quality. I definitely recommend you try it out, however you must book at least a week in advance, especially for larger groups over 10 people.

  8. Zuma was in the top 3 Dubai restaurants from the day it opened and is still up there. Impeccable food with service to match (probably the best in Dubai.)

  9. Zuma really is that good, though you are going to pay a healthy amount for food this good. Personally, I thought it was worth every dirham. Booking ahead is essential as it gets very busy, in fact after the meal we tried to get a drink in the bar but it was just too busy. A really treat to go out and eat there, this is the place to go if your boss is in town and he/she is paying. I love the age watarigani and more more sake.

  10. Have not tried the food here yet. We went just for a drink on a Monday evening, and it was packed. Not too busy, but a dj was playing and people were enjoying themselves. Loved the decor and the staff was nice. Had a Rose Litchi Martini, which tasted like eating a rose. Delicious. A bit too expensive for afternoon-drinks, but will def. come back for weekend cocktails and to try the food. Very good crowd.
