    Do your self a favour and go eat some fresh fish served the way you like it from Barracuda. You can choose the fish type and weight of the fish. For two people I recommend a 1 kg fish. It was a filling and delicious meal. Would go again if I ever have a craving for fresh fish.

    I've driven past this restaurant many times also but only tried it for the first time last night. Overall the idea is great. The menu is very visual and explains what each dish is and some history behind it. You can see all of the seafood first and select your fish which I like. They also have Arabic mezze that the servers bring out on a trolly which is cool as well. You can pretty much see everything before you order. The one thing that was off putting was the slowness of the service and some of the starters weren't all that. The calamari was obviously from a frozen pack and the prawn dish was really over cooked making the prawns taste like rubber. You would think that if it's a seafood restaurant they would have this perfected. One interesting dish which I really liked was the Singray (pictured). Apparently it's a really old way to cook fish that comes from Alexandria. I think I need to come back again and give it another chance.

    Totally agree with Gavtek, it is one of those places you drive by everyday and always wonder about. So curiosity got the best of me and I wondered into this place last night and it was pretty good to good. It was surprising well decorated in side and they have seating outside on the street. Basically this place is a seafood restaurant where you come in and choose the type of fish you want literally then choose the way you want it cooked. They have 5 or 6 different ways you can get it cooked which was cool plus a bunch of other seafood options as well....lobster, prawns , squid, etc. The service was decent and the price was fair, 210AED for 2 people. We split a whole sea bass, had some prawns, calamari, and some other starters. Definitely worth a try if you have never been here before. Oh 2 things: they don't serve booze and the parking is a little pain ( park in the back or before the restaurant).

    I used to drive past this twice a day and was always intrigued, especially with the fish tail sticking out of the roof, but only went there for the first time recently. I was very impressed. There is a massive selection of fresh seafood you can choose from and many different ways you can ask for it to be served. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be either. If you're a seafood lover, it's definitely worth a visit!
