Best Fitness First in terms of the instructors, not so much the space. Ibn Batuta is bigger and therefore the classes don't feel so packed. The TUFF class here at 9:30AM on Fridays is a nightmare, super packed. Has made me wanted to stop attending as they should limit the number of people who can attend. Early morning weekend classes at Ibn Batuta are a better bet. The instructors at this branch in Business Central Towers are the best ever!!!

This has been my club since 2009, very well equipped and maintained. However the sales process/people are not the greatest help. They don't provide you with correct info (product knowledge). Everyone has the attitude of making a quick sell without providing the accurate info. It is sad in my opinion.
Here's the good and the bad about this place. Bad first I always say, too crowded at peak hours and a lot of the dudes and chicks here come to be seen and see others....not my idea of a great work out. I'll sum them up in 1 phrase "people who do their hair and wear makeup to the gym" lots of them here. BUT having said that, this is by far the most well equipped facility in the country...and I've looked around these past 4 years of being here. If you come early, or very late then you will be a kid in a candy store if niche machines are your thing. The pool is also amazing for a lunchtime swim if your office is nearby like mine used to be. Always pay 1 year in advance and haggle down to 300 or so for a month.....try for corporate rate too from your company. They'll give you a week tester if you want. If you do really odd timings this place is the bomb.
Gyms are normally all about location first then the other stuff. I enjoyed going to their numerous classes when I worked in the 'hood but I feel like it's lost some of its lustre over the past couple of years...
this branch used to be for platinum members only. I used to enjoy my workout here as it not full packed even after office hour, now that they opened it to all members 6 - 8 pm seems to be not the best time to work out.
