I went to the hospital (ER) section three days ago for treating and checking my wife's injured foot, 1. it took the hospital around 30 minutes until the ER doctor came and simply advised for an X-ray.2. After the X-ray was taken, it took another 45 minutes for the doctor to come back and give his opinion on the case and suggest the medication and prescription.3. then it took another 50 minutes for the doctor to write and enter my wife's details into the system and another 20 minutes for them to give us the X-ray CD's for future follow up.in Total, we waited for more than 2 hours, and when we were trying to say to the doctor to speed up the process, he was claiming, angry & furious over us and the nurses around about the hospital leaving him alone with babies emergency cases that he couldn't handle!!On top, another nurse simply advised us that if we weren't happy with the service, go and make a claim on the hospital (in other words, go to hell, there's nothing i can do - literally with that tone).And after all that, next day and the day after I get rained with calls from the secretary there, asking me to pay 50 AED which she mistakenly forgot to ask for for my insurance card payment, and that I should drive all the way from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to pay the amount!! I'm frustrated with the quality of service and treatment provided with a Hospital that has a huge and over floated reputation across the UAE.
