Worst ever services I have received. I have ordered a security token from my bank, and unfortunately my bank aramex to deliver it. I called aramex to organise the parcel to be delivered, and I waited at home for the whole day, nothing. For work reason, I need to travel overseas, so I found aramex website, made a request to pick up the parcel from their Dubai Internet City. No email or text or any form of confirmation inform me whether the parcel was left in their DIC office or not. When I got back from my work trip, I called them on thu and told them I will go pick up the parcel from their DIC office on sat. guess what. When I got there this morning, I was told the parcel has been returned to the sender. After the clear instruction that I will pick up my parcel today, they sent my parcel back to the sender. They didn't even warn me when I was on the phone with them on Thu. I found their service unreliable, not responsive, poor customer service, and very bad attitude toward any enquiry. Overall, try avoid them. I am going to complain to my bank and see if they can change the courier company.
