Manicure and pedicure is my weekly or bi weekly indulgence, I prefer taking packages and this time I wanted not to go to my regular salon for nails. I went to this salon thinking I might get good rates. Well they had package 89 Add 5 services. In my opinion its sheer rubbish if you call manicure and nail polish for hands, 2 separate services. Since I have come there and didn't want to go else where I though to take it. So in 89 AED it was 5 services, have a look : pedicure, foot spa, nail polish for feet, manicure and nail polish for hands. WTF actually I am paying 89 for simple manicure and pedicure. Never mind. But its a foolish thing to call this combo a package. Staff was nice. Receptionist herself was fine. Only Indian or paki staff were talking #$%^&* about others in Punjabi and very loudly.probably they were unaware I could understand Punjabi. It was an ok exp. I think they need to reshuffle packages to stop ppl like me making mockery. Lol. Don't know if I ever will go there. Don't think so.

The staff are good but I was not able to get the facial I wanted. I purchased a voucher and it has a lot of different facial services to choose from. But sadly, they didn't ask me which one I like. In the end, I am not satisfied with the service. I got pimples after.

Worst salon ever. They ask for alot of money and the final result is disappointing I went to do botox. I paid 600 dhs before doing anything. I was told that botox gives 90% straightening which was not the case. My hair became less frizzy but it is still wavy. Actually, half of my hair is straight and the other half is wavy. I went back to the salon after a week to show them my hair so they can re-do the wavy part. However, i was met by the very rude unprofessional owner who strictly refused to redo it for me claiming that it was my fault because i didn't follow the instructions, which was not the case. Actually, they apply very small amounts of botox on hair and also they add water to it. I will never think about going there again.

My friend and I went there for a Deal we bought, from the online the voucher it said we get Option 1: Moroccan bath + Fruit Scrub. Didn’t get the Fruit scrub was totally disappointed.
The place is clean enough for a small spa. Ambience is a bit gloomy. I met I grumpy person cleaning the foot spa but all and all they were friendly.
Moroccan bath made me feel so silly we were given clay soap thing and was asked to rub each other down. The basic scrub (with a loufa 20aed which was use for both of us) was excellent as the lady was very gentle.
I keep thinking something is not done properly, which made the experience on the low. I keep asking for Waxing but was not answer properly. For simple procedures this SPA is fine but if you really want a SPA that will help you relax this is not the place. Its more of a saloon.

9 aed Blow dry...I did it !!! :o) and I'm so glad I nailed the deal.
Finding the place is not at all a problem..Its in the building right opposite baskin Robbins in Al diyafa roundabout ( about 10 min walk-[with a hyper active kid]--from the satwa main bus stand)
The pros.
1.The place is nicely done. Parquet flooring calm green interiors. Well lit, smelled good too. CLEAN.
2.The offer itself was a steal !! 9 aed blowdry. (they had 10 options to choose from) 1 coupon for 1 customer. It is indeed promotional, They do have other regular packages/deals. 250-300 aed for hair color/collagen. (Im not sure about the exact prices but thats the range. So people worth a try.
3. The owner Laksmi is very friendly and all smiles. Staff were good too..(except one who might have had a looong bad day..Understandable with 9 aed deals happening)
4. Service was out of the world-- esp for a first timer. I am so glad I made that trip taking a chance.
I expected "quickie" in and out type deal but this place really gives you a great experience for a great price. For this deal I expected the basics..I read the fine print..offer was valid for hair upto waistline. I asked for some soft curls--(not ringlets/tight curls),Obviously. The stylist for some reason had a bad attitude. I mentioned to the owner very subtly about this and Laksmi insisted that I do my hair again with another stylist for free. She apologized to me, and she literally forced me to get my hair done, because she was very particular that a first time customer doesnt leave the place unhappy. The next staff did my hair superbly..had soft end curls. She used very little product, enough to protect my hair, but not enough to weigh it down like most people do. It was perfect. My hair was super soft and looked great the next 2 days too!!
I was absolutely wowed about the attitude of the owner...She dint try to sell any products/services. We just simply talked..girl-talk. She said that she is in the process of training her staff in giving best customer service. Dubai is not short of saloons..its the service and attitude that sets any place different. I am definitely go back for my hair even without a coupon.and would definitely recommend this place to all. Go there..give it a try.
Kudos to the Salon Owner who seem to have cultivated a Savvy Space and FABULOUS Price Point and an amazing attitude.

hafsanas Hi to the owner, I want an explanation since when manicure and nail polish for hands are 2 day fferent services? I was disappointed when I was told about it. If I knew before starting package I wouldn't go for it.

Surprised to see a 9 aed (YES you read it right---- NINE aed) nail the deal coupon today in my inbox.. I did read the not so good reviews..still I'm going in for a blowdry on thrusday. Im taking my chances :o) Its just 9 aed and how bad can a blowdry be. right??
Will def come back with the review. taking an appointment is no hassle at all.. the receptionist Joy is well spoken over the phone..keeping my fingers crossed. hope its worth a try.

hafsanas Very few people have gutts to try such kind of deals. While paying the cheapest price, expecting highest standards is the norm these days. You reviews for most of places tells similar story. I hope you don't expect them to put diamonds in your hair for this deal :-P

jj No , I dint expect diamonds on my hair..Im very realistic for what I would get for 9 aed :o) I wonder what made you think that way. Paying cheap is my option..atleast I wont feel guilty of wasting money if it turns out bad.. even if its cheap price I cant tolerate cheap attitude..I can let go of cheap/bad service , but cheap attitude is a big NO-NO. Oh btw I got a diamond A- class service from them afterall. Aint I lucky or what? ;p

staff is friendly and really good with their work.
I would like to visit it again and again...I have already recommended to my friends and colleagues.
one can drive, or take metro to reach this place..its on 2nd December street exactly opposite to Pizza hut.

you can suggest and advise the owner if you need any amendments once you take the service.

I came here for an express facial and Brazilian waxing. The waxing was incredible. Nearly pain-free and my cooch was super smooth! As for the facial, eh, not too impressed. It was worth the discounted price I received through and may be it is because an express facial and it was short. The woman I was with (for both the facial and waxing) was incredibly friendly. An enjoyable experience in the end. The place was neat and clean with very relaxing ambiance

I had a very bad experience today! When I arrived in the salon, they opened the door and was shocked without greeting me or asking anything. They told me, they thought I am from delivery. I said I have an appointment for moroccan bath. A spa lady immediately offered herself and asked me if she can join the moroccan bath in the steam room as she will be off tomorrow. I kept silent and she just said that she will not join me anymore because it might be some guests more will come and the spa will be busy.

2nd treatment was body massage, it is very disappointing! she doesnt know how to massage and just putting so much oil in my body.I told the receptionist but just asked me how is she doing and sent the same lady. I am not really satisfied. Other lady came and did better but still not ok. She just said her colleague who does massage is off today.

Last treatment, (with the first lady who attempt to massage me), she is really horrible! Putting so much water in my face.. I wont recommend this! Wont come back!

Staff are all noisy.You will not find relaxation in your spa treatment! Comfort rooms are very dirty. I saw it with full of trashes and dirts ants some ants and cockroaches on the toilet seat and basin:( I accidentally put a spot of bleach on the linen, and the one who does facial (i don't care about her name!), immediately gets tissue paper to remove it and wet wipe to clean it.. Huh! They do not wash their linen every after use..

i left as I pay.. i am not really happy. I am telling my friends now, who saw the deal in nail deal not to buy or try the salon..

i had been to bodyline last week, very good comfortable place, finding the location very easy unlike so many below said, i took appointment & visited the salon with cobone voucher, i found the salon is not very luxurious but higher-middle class range, apart from all these literally we need the best service & i definitely i got it from bodyline. salon furnished with all necessary equipments. receptionist there greeted me very fairly & within 5 mnts i got my turn. the beutician ms.selvia treated my hair very nicely, well caring, i did my hair spa, mask, wash n blow dry. each step was taken care very nicely, politely & so freindly. i experienced the whole treatment was done very well. the result outcome was really wonderful.
i recomend ladies, give try once to bodyline & have great result for your chosen service.... i wll b back soon to bodyline again. thanks to bodline, cobone.

let me tell you my experience with this Saloon first of all the location is terrible .. yes its located in Dhifaya Street but finding the building was difficult as no signs where there and the building elevator was horrible.
Second the Saloon staff are not professional at all they keep on passing comments on you and laughing which is really rude & unprofessional behavior .(the owner need to look at this point seriously)
Third the service I would tell you that one of their staff her name I guess is Roxana she is amazing the best in Saloon very good in her work the only difficulty I had she cant speak in English I had a hair cut and make up and her styling its was amazing .. if you will tell me if I recommend this place I would tell you yes what matters for me is having a good service with affordable price ... at the same time I hope the owner will look seriously on my points and try to improve it .

Hi

I would like to give my experience in your saloon

I knew about the place through an offer on gropoun for collagen hair treatment and when I called I was shocked that the lady was telling me the that the price if I’m willing to walk in will be the same so she advised me not to buy the voucher as I can walk in and pay the same price and she gave me an appointment for the same day

When I went to the place the place was in a very hidden area and no board was placed outside the bldg

The lady who was in the reception when I walk in she asked me to pay prior to start … the moment I have been told to pay I knew how the result will be and such a request will come only because after the service is over when the customer is not satisfied she will definitely not pay and this was not a professional way …

I have been requested to walk in and wait for one of the staff who were basically fighting who will take me and everybody was complaining that they were busy and I end up standing and watching until the discussion is over the receptionist requested one of the ladies to do my hair.

While washing the hair I was trying not to breathe because her under arms smell was unbelievable

she continue to apply the collagen in my hair and everything was fine she kept it for one hour then I was waiting for someone to come and wash my hair again the same discussion happens once again about who will come and wash my hair

After I finish and she blow dry my hair I was shocked that nothing has been changed and the hair was still the same the only thing which I basically did is blow dry which can be done in any other place for ¼ the price

I didn’t discuss anything with them but the lady who was doing the blow dry she knew that I didn’t like it and she was passing comments and laughing in her own language to the rest of the staff which was really really rude

I left the place and didn’t comment and didn’t even thank them

I don’t know the owner of the saloon but getting the time to read and comment on the ladies comments is something so nice from you but I would advise if you can involve yourself in the business more and get your staff trained more how to behave in a professional way with the customers

The place was horrible and I don’t recommend any one to visit that place

I completely understand that you are highly irritated with staff behaviour which I do not deny, as speaking in their own language above your head does really irritates. My kind appologies, Also, regarding the payment prior to the start of the service is only due to reason as we are busy most of the time either the receptionist forgets to collect the payment from the customer or the customer is in a hurry and leavse without making the payment, this has resulted in very unpleasant situations, due to which we follow the payment prior to the service in order to avoid any confusions later. Regarding the collagen, it is not a straightening treatment, it is treatment for hair fall,anti frizz,softening and hair thickening.Depending on the intensity of your hair damage you may need many session. the treatment includes pre wash, collagen application, hair wash, mask, intense blow dry and shallow ironing.After care products are very important to maintain the result. The result cannot be seen after the washing but ofcourse after the blowdry this is the treatment all about. Product used is Tibolli, usa, you may check their website there are videos about the treatment.We did what we promised.

They have one sales person called Mahin, he is very misguiding person hence donot subscribe for any Bodyline vouchers through him. On Pamplets & Vocher they will advertise very nicely but when you actually utilise the service then you come across multiple problems

Secondly, you have every liberty to return the membership booklet to them if you find any misguidance has happened. Let me clarify you the concept prior 99AED that you have paid is to the company who is bringing the booklet to your doorstep. Just to encourage you and gain your confidence we have given five complementary services. It is very clearly mentioned in the terms&conditions that these complementary services can be availed 1 per visit. However you can use buy1 get 1 free coupons maximum 3 per day. There are certain services you can share and certain you cannot share, and you will always pay the highest price and get the lowest or equal worth free. Further there are extra charges applicable for certain complementary coupons for the hair which is very well written below the coupons. Inspite reading all the terms and conditions you forced our staff to give you all the five services together which was not possible as the business cannot run only on free services, this is were you got annoyed and trying to mislead others who read these posts. However people with common sense will analyse and understand. Also, in t&c we have very well mentioned no verbal agreement with the distributor. Hope now things are clear. This place is so great and professional. The ladies are very patient. The place was hygienic. Highly recommend for hair treatment , DNA Botox hair treatment , i have dry hair but always when i finished i look like a star . All people is so creative and truly listens to you and even looks at your curly hair and tells you (we love it) which I think is extremely sweet. I always left with silky, shiny hair that is easy to style.
also the Prices are reasonable .
I make here my eyebrows always (I booked first by phone ). My technician do a great job- spend lots of time, not just a quick job I really love the eyebrow threading in bodyline salon .
The staff is super nice, everyone is friendly to me and with each other, and it is a really comfortable familial environment. Much nicer and more relaxed than any salon I've ever tried i also like the owner of the salan she always frindly and helpful .
They have all the time discounts and offers matching your pocket :) I would definitely recommend this Good Salon for anyone who is looking for high quality, professional hair care and skin care .

i am glad the owner takes time to read the reviews and reply.. but sad part is till now I have not got response from your office. I bought hit the deal coupon for Brazilian hair treatment. I had posted review before also not sure how my review got deleted .. initially the coupon was for rejuvinor.. then based on what the girl there said I got migrated to crystal keratin treatment which is straighten for 6 months period.. these are what was told to me there.. the voucher I bought is just like hair treatment in the I can was only after 3rd day and the straighten wouldn't stay more than a months time..if I pay 200 dhs extra and do crystal that would stay for 6 months .. we can take head bath the same in parlor after treatment and leave.. and I am not supposed to take head bath for 3 days.. that's all.. was said.. when we asked if I can curl what happens then.. she said after u take bath again it would return back to straight hair .. so I agreed and did that.. u hair is very thin one.. the third day the hair started to come to my normal like bends and all.. so I wanted to take head bath and try.. applied oil.. and after few hours to take bath.. but my cousin sister who had done straitening before said don't take bath in normal shampoo , so I went to parlor same day evening to show them and buy the keratin shampoo.. I was totally worried spending so much money I came to Dubai from sharjah as I left they would professional . the parlor near by my house said the same price but I didn't want to take risk as its my hair .. and already have very thin hair.. they started giving excuses like I applied oil , I kept my hair behind my ear , I used flat clip at the back and that's y the straitening has gone.. I used clip after it had lost the straight and it looked bad in that half straight.. people do straining so that they don't have to use clips.. I should keep my hair behind my ear it seems.. if the treatment cannot stand this curve itself like the ear. how will it stand the curl of machine while doing curling.. y to give false promises and ask us to upgrade.. then I bought the shampoo and mask.. the mask she sold me I happen to see in a shop in Fujairah for 10dhs... which was sold to me for 60 dhs.. we pay 60 dhs to get that quality.. if that product is worth 10 dhs what is the quality of it.. when they applied crystal she showed me the bottle.. but I am not sure if she used the right proportion which would help the hair to stay straight for 6 months.. .. god knows.. then after I fought with them.. she said I will do ironing .. I said I don't want that .. that I can do at home.. I have my machine.. I didn't come all the way for that and spend the cost of straightening.. then after arguing for 15 mins she said she would check her madam and call me.. till now no calls.. this is called as service.. when I called she said madam is busy..

I will instruct them to redo it for you absolutely free as we donot want any of our customers to complaint about quality of service since we use genuine products as we promise. But, certainly there are certain do's and don't's you got to follow after such treatments. However regarding the price of the product, you get always the originals and duplicates. There are branded things which you pay a fortune and you get the duplicates or the copies for few dirhams in Deira market. Hope you understand. None of the original brazilian keratin gives 100% straightening. Rejuvenol is more of smoothening treatment and the straightening is merely 30% that too if you maintain with the same brand of shampoo and conditioner. Crystal keratin does give you 80% straightening only and it will stay 4 to 6 months depending on your hair condition and your lifestyle and ofcourse mandatory usage of after care products.

This is my favourite salon for pedi/mani. I have never been tired of travelling from Silicon Oasis to Diyafa just for mani-pedi with them. They are so neat and detail oriented. Mercy is truly professional at her work especially the speed. She makes the perfect French tips. I was always reluctant to use gel polishes on my nails as I have learnt it weakens the nail. But, I got introduced to Shellac long lasting gel polishes in Bodyline and I truly loved it, it stays for three weeks without chipping or fading and the price is very much affordable compare to other salons. It is worth….
