So I'm becoming a more regular Bikram goer, and I have to say I feel amazing. Even after only a few sessions, I've noticed a difference in my energy levels, and I just feel healthier overall. That said, it's still arguably the most physically challenging 90 minutes of my life. The good thing about it is that you always have something to work toward, whether it be just staying in the room the whole time, completing all the postures, or getting closer to those advanced poses. You can basically work as hard as your body will let you. Guess it's safe to say I'm hooked. And I have this new branch of Club Stretch to thank for that.
