Gulnaz have combined Russian, Uzbek & Kazakh cuisines, very extensive choice. If ur familiar with them - good for u, more chance not to over order, the dishes r quite heavy. I had a nostalgia for dressed herring, Russian salad, that i never had passion for while living in Russia, was yum. I wanted to order famous Uzbek plov (rice with lamb or beef & national spices) but the portion is too big & i decided to postpone plov until my next nostalgia. Instead i had lagman, a soup-main course, made on a vey reach broth with meat, home-made noodles & veggies, very tasty. If i could, i`d have ordered cheese pancakes, it`s actually made of curd, very yummy thing, but i prefer them for breakfast...If you overate & feel heavy, polish it by uzbek tea, served in a traditional service.
