Furnitures ideas are so bright and so handy. They are so unique in many ways. None of other stores do the same. The place is near to my place so I like strolling here in DFC.

i LOVE THE smart ideas for kitchen and home, you can find things you didnt know they existed. Their sofas ideas are really cool, but not really cheap as people say. I mean it is affordable but not cheap.

I am too finicky when it comes to the quality of anything I purchase for my one year old baby. I have recently been hunting for some items for her in Sharjah. Finally spotted a few useful items on Ikea's website and went there, true to the claims on the website, I did find some items to my satisfaction, at a good value for money. However, some items that were advertised on the website were not available in the store, which was disappointing. I really love the spread of unique utility items available in Ikea. The website definitely needs frequent updates.

I visited few months ago for the first time here in dubai and since then became my favorite furniture and house hold shop. You can never go wrong by buying from Ikea. I bought a bed and they delivered it after 2 hours! What's more practical is that the furniture you buy is bought by pieces, so if any part of my new bed for some reason broke i can just replace it. Genius! I still haven't tried their restaurant though and heard a lot of ppl recommending it.

Ikea is great and you will always leave there with more than you anticipated, but at least most items are practical. What I discovered on my last trip this weekend is that their plant selection is great and they're way cheaper than places like Garden Centre! Plants from AED 15 and a wide selection of pots to go with them.

The place was great. I think the furniture is gorgeous and very well made. It all seems quite sturdy. They have a lot of unique house hold things and some gift items as well. The fact that you can go check out the shop where they make all of the furniture is a nice addition, it look very active workshop when we were there. It would have been nice to watch a little more. The prices are high and while I'm sure it is worth it, I feel it's just not friendly to an average person's budget. I have been looking Bed and Cupboard and Kitchen Accessories . IKEA furniture would actually fit well in my home. Expensive, yes, but what do you expect. It take time, money and talent to make this kind of quality. It was cheaper than I have seen for junk in high end shops. Love to buy products from here :)

The Ikea I remember in Stockholm was HUGE! The branches in Dubai and even Yas Island are not that big but they have the same feel of their mother stores in Sweden. It's cool to find Swedish herbal tea and local Swedish chocolate in the food section. I am not big on frozen products, but it was cool to see Swedish fruit preserves and Pickled fish variety after so many years! They stopped selling marabou chocolate. Now they have IKEA brand thats not as rich as Marabou was. In Sweden thats like Kit Kat is in UK! IKEA makes me want to visit Stockholm again. :)

There are only 2 Swedish words that i know FISH & IKEA. I still think that Ikea is like Lego land for adults with instructions drawn by people high on Elmer's glue. Cheap and easy to assemble furniture. Check the "Take it as it is" section where you can check some stuff that were returned and with slight damages with great discount prices.
