My eyes are sparkling because beside me was Nicholas Spark-the famous author of the lovestory books and blockbuster love story movies as well.I had the chance to meet him at Intercontinental Hotel at DFC where im one of the volunteer of Emirates Festival of Literature 2012,.Intercon Hotel is a place where everyone dream to relax for, i never had the chance to stay but i saw the amenities because i have the access to the facilities as author coordinator , i was amazed thats why tourist love to go there, ill advised this hotel if you have overseas guest who will visit Dubai , for the following reasons, hotel are truly magnificent, restaurant to choose depends on your mood but no doubt i love Bistro Madeleine, walking and relaxing near the sea, sitting in the bench while looking at the beautiful scenery of Dubai, and in case you want to tour nearby theres a boat that you will pay in a very affordable price. Advise to expatriates you can visit this too without thinking how much you have in your pocket, because nearby was the mall and the scenery outside perfect for family and friends, just make sure dont forget to brng your camera with you, ilove this place and ill suggest to visit by everyone..

I was invited to a very sophisticated event there in Ramadan. My first encounter with sophisticated Arabic cuisine and hospitality. Since most guests were Arabs, the service was very personalized and efficient, as is the trademark of the local community here. The catering was flawless.Intercontinental halls are ideal for corporate and personal events like weddings and stuff as the rooms are well lit and airy and the general ambience is cool without being tacky or over bearing.
