About this business

Atlantis The Palm is a popular destination for foodies and it’s not difficult to see why. There are no fewer than 21 Atlantis Dubai restaurants, each offering a unique and impressive dining experience. If you haven’t yet ventured to this luxury resort to sample the culinary creations on offer, now could be the time to plan a trip.

One of the fabulous eateries in the complex is Saffron. It specialises in international cuisine, with an emphasis on Asian dishes. The dining room itself was created by the award-winning New York restaurant designer Adam Tihany and it has a bold contemporary look and feel. To add to the drama, the establishment features a number of open cooking areas, meaning diners can see the chefs in action. This makes for an interactive dining experience.

Choose from a selection of Southeast Asian creations, Indian dishes and Malaysian favourites, all prepared right in front of you. Meanwhile, wash your meal down with a variety of wines or try some sake.

If you want to discover more about this unusual and memorable eatery, or you’re keen to check out the other restaurants available at Atlantis The Palm, why not look at the customer reviews? Alternatively if you’ve already eaten here, leave a review yourself.

if you want to go for a buffet who have seafood and meat, thats the place, i like to start with oysters , shrimps and sushi then the salad counter have a good vegetable variety, and the meat are not bad also, you have an indian and asian live food too... dont expect too much about decoration or service, but its ok, dessert and fruits are good too. the price is too much compare to the quality but if you have entertainement vouchers, you can give it a try.

When was the last time you visited Saffron- Atlantis? I was here for a birthday dinner with my girlfriends on a Wednesday night last month- happily arrived and knowing its Seafood Night! The place is humungous, pact with patrons and a jaw dropping of seafood varieties! name it they have it! Giant Prawns, Sushi, Sashimi, Crabs, Lobsters and all that you want. The restaurant combined a bit of international cuisine to balance your likings. I almost throw up for eating a lot! lol. I will come back here soon again. If your planning to come here, make sure you had not eaten much that day. The restaurant will fill your eyes, heart and tummy! By the way its AED 220 for the Seafood Night ( drinks not included) - A must try !

I've only been in this Ibiza hall of horrors for brunch. While it's always been with great company, its also the only one of two places in the UAE I've ever witnessed fights. Given you are paying nearly AED500 the food is poor and your money would be better spent going to its more honest sibling Double Decker. Okay, they are owned by different groups, but remain experience siblings. Pop around the corner, spend just a little more and enjoy the magnificent Nobu.

This place went down hill since it opened. I used to go for the buffet on Saturday nights and had a couple of brunches there and the Xmas brunch 2 years ago and it was one of my fav place until they nearly doubled their prices, lower the quality of the food and removed many dishes from their menu like the Malaysian lobster that was absolutely delicious. Food is better at the local pub and im they'll serve sparkling Jacobs Creek without charging nearly AED500!!! Not to mention the "brunch" drunk uncivilized crowd they have every Friday.

The food was good. Huge selection and many stations, so you'll definitely find something you like. However, nothing really stands out. Their sushi station wasn't impressive either. finding a waiter is almost impossible. Overall it's it's Ok.

I would recommend Saffron for a buffet or Nobu for a la carte. Kaleidoscope is also good but the Saffron buffet beat it hands down. In my opinion considering the amount and quality of food they are all fair value for money. It is a 5* hotel after all so the prices are to be expected. I always take friends visiting from the UK to Saffron as they do not really get buffets on that scale over there and most people are very impressed and comment that they have only seen bigger/better buffets in Vegas. Saffron buffet is wonderful. They apparently change the cuisine daily. Kaleidescope is good as many dishes. Stay away from Rostang as we found the food bland and boring. But all these were lunch buffets I went to so dont know how the A la carte would be. Atlantis is better than the Burj decor wise also. You will definately enjoy. How about a post later telling us which restaurant you ate at and how you found it?

I need to go back here. The food selection is amazing - probably the best buffet in terms of scope and quality in Dubai. Could be good for special occasions and for a boozy brunch, but it is also a family restaurant.

brunch is a bit pricey but so worth it. you should have at least starve yourself the whole day before you come here for a treat as they have a extensive type food to offer. ambiance is a plus and great crowd as well.

Came here for dinner on the weekend which is a little different to what most people come here for - the famous pineapple and coconuts brunch. So this is my verdict. Half our group opted for the alcohol buffet option, the other half went non alcoholic. I still cannot tell you what their pricing structure for each option is - as I dont think even the staff knew. They tried charging some of us 215aed, some 280 and some 300. We were all too drunk to care at this point - and someone ended up paying the difference, but this kind of thing really should not happen. The service generally- or lack off service was disappointing. Had to ask about 10 times for our drinks to be topped up. Also I would get back to my seat after going to get food and find random juices at my seat and when i asked where this came from, the waiters would say i ordered it (which i didnt?!) The food - well this WAS great. Sushi station - my favourite they made me whatever vegi sushi i asked for (although they did not have avocado which i found weird) Asian station/chinese/roast dinner/ you name it they had it. Selection was HUGE, so much choice for vegetarians. They had an amazing pumpkin butternut risotto which everybody ate in abundance. Dessert station was impressive although I had no room left for it. Great food selection - probably one of the best for these standard brunches - but terrible terrible service!!! Still had a good time though. Go here, if you are hungry and not trying to impress a date :-)

Massive food selection from around the world, nice ambience and decor. At the entrance they will welcome you with bubblies...but as you come in you'll think you're at a busy Sazzam MOE foodcourt. But then you'll be overwhelmed with the choice of food and cocktail stations. The mojitos, jager shots, pinacoladas in coconuts. My friend was disappointed on how skinny the oysters were. But for AED 415..better to have it outside since it's all so dressed up high school canteen after 3:30 pm.

Took my dude here for his 27th bday and we got our money's worth. You don't come here for the food really although it's pretty good. This brunch is for the booze lovers. They have invested in a very eclectic array of beverages from all over the world and you can move from station to station like a less sophisticated wine tasting tour. Sit outside if the weather is nice... always drink the pineapples and the coconuts. One downside is the bathroom is a mile away...once you break the seal lol

This restaurant is famous for their brunch with is a loud, lairy and drunken affair, full of expats indulging in the various drinks stations. There are cocktails served in pineapples and coconuts, mojito bars and all sorts of other drinks. The food comes as a bit of an afterthought although there is a huge selection which can be a bit overwhelming. The party usually spills over into Nasimi beach and gets rather raucous. Great for a big birthday or celebration as a huge group.
