Guys no other option left for me other than to break my head in front of Samsung genius technical team. Same problem for the third time in my new tablet and still no reply for the last 2 weeks. Terrible support team only speak with you politely.

Very bad service quality!! Never buy the samsung washing and dryer maschine WDO704REU, just waste your money. The service center staff are incompetent, unprofessional, not reliable and not trustable. They do not know what a problem the machine has and they always promised to come, but they did not come.
I bought this maschine 1 year ago. After 3 months the maschine broke down all the time. I called the samsung customer service center and they said the service center will call me and will send someone to come to my home to repair, but I waited and waited, nobody called me. After 4 days I called again and finally after 1 week the service center staff, they came and had a look at the maschine in 5 minutes and promised to come again. And they did not come, after 3 days, I called again and finally after 1 week they came to repair. 2.5 months later the machine did not work again and the whole story was repeated again. After about 1 year and 3 weeks (when the warranty ended) the machine broke down again. The service center staff came and did not seem to know what a problem the machine has.They told me to replace a walve water and it is not cheap: it was 425AED, after the replacement the machine does not still dry: I still have the same problem. I called them again, they promised to come, but did not appear. I called and waited and I am still waiting but they do not come.

Worst service ever!
Need to now approximate price for spare part replacement (USB module) on Galaxy Note One.

Called to Samsung Customer Service Help Center 8007267864 Agent gave me a phone number of closest service center which is not responding (tried for whole day) again called back to 8007267864 talked to agent (Adnan) who advised me to call to 80029466 Axiom to resolve any technical issues, where I was told that they can only tell the service center address Agent (Amin), I’ve called again to 8007267864 hoped to talk to Adnan again of course no luck. Differing Agent suggested me to “ go to service center and talk personally, because face to face is always much better ©Last Customer Service agent”

In 21st century Samsung advising people “to go to service center and talk personal, because face to face is always much better” I know device model, I now spare part model, just wanted to now approximate price.

Two offices are directing people to service center, nice job!

Rubbish service:

I dropped off my S4 here due to overheating and they did nothing with the phone except for pretend to update the software, I told them I had already updated the software to the latest, 3 days later the phone is exactly the same with the same software version what an utter waste of time. I already had the latest firmware.

Why cant Samsung take a page out of Apples book in terms of service?

This is an outsourced service centre to TechnoCare- solutions and not Samsung themselves. Staff talking Filipino between themselves and laughing when serving customers.

The call centre 800 7267864 is also polite but not actually very solution focused. If they don't deem a phone faulty or cant replicate the problem they will take no action.

I am hating the service, by Samsung in Dubai.

my Samsung Bad Experienced from Dubia DXB Airpot.samsung GALAXY tabe 3 I pad.it was sold to me for over price about 130.00 usd.I just saw the price where samsung original company sales it for about 3.79.00 usd.I piad about 500.00 usd.it says the charger should be use for travler usage.when I tried to plug to the American wal outlet.It did not fit due to the bigger size 3 pin plug.now I have to buy another adapter order for me to charge this unit.number 2. the problem is international ph,sim slot is too small for normal sim card to be place in.memory card slot is also too small.my computer doesn not read this unit I have to buy software instal to my computer order to use this brooken samsung Dubia Elictronic Item.this unit gets register only if you have G Mail Account.for people who stay over sease can't open G Mail account coz we have to have active phone order to recieve a code for making a G mail Account.I tried to contact the samsung Customer Service.I was told I did not purchase the unit in the USA.I hae to contact the UAE Samsung Customer Service.when I tried the UAE is always off line.or they make me go from one samesung support team to another.if you looking to purchase any kind of Elictronic from DXB Airport.or any Elictronic Store where they base. in DubaiI.I would say save your self a time and money get the same product from online.or back in usa.where you can make the return easy.but this Item does have aproblem.

Very attentive staff and chatty. service is very good and usually they get the engineers to explain to you what was the problem and what caused it and how to avoid it.
Location is good but no parking in front so you need to drive around it and park behind or take the metro as its at the entrance of it (Sharaf DG station)
timings in ramadan is 10-2pm then 8-11pm
I find their rates for services is quite high, i paid 300 for phone reboot which is very expensive.
