The waiting times are a killer! Doesn't help that no one ever answers the phone to make a reservation. My family and I decided to stick it out through the belly-rumbling 90 minute wait anyways.
Once we were buzzed in (you get to take a buzzer/beeper/flashing thing-o that goes nuts when a table is ready), the waiters were a delight and guide you through to your table.
The soft rolls are delicious - the butter, not so much. You get huge buckets of peanuts to keep you munching away.
We ordered the combo steaks-ribs-chicken, country fried chicken, grilled salmon and the prime rib.
You get huge side orders and I loved my house salad with a delicious ranch dressing.
The steak was good but not flavoured enough in my opinion. The ribs were alright, I went in because of the rave reviews of the ribs but...mehhh....not so great.
The Chicken was lovely, just spiced right and so was the salmon
However - the prime rib was the best dish of the meal. Absolutely, wonderfully, delightfully tender and exploding with natural flavour. I would go back again just to have that!
