Horrible place!!!!! i went for gel extensions (as advertisement on groupon said!!) but the lady was doing acrylics!! when i said i need GEL not ACRYLICS she said she doesn't have gel!! then her boss came and said " no we have gel but ur nails are so thin to apply gel on them!!" what does that even mean!! it's not my first time in a nail salon doing gel extensions!! why do you trick people in thinking they're getting gel and then do acrylics on them!! and if you don't know the difference between gel and acrylics what can you do right?!!And that's not it.... nail filers were disgusting!! entire place was very very small, lady did not even do manicure before applying acrylics, she said i don't have much cuticles!!!!! instead, she was trying to file my cuticles away!! that was very painful!! whenever i said it's painful she would give me looks and gossip about me with her colleagues, very bad manners!!things got so painful so i said i don't wanna do it anymore and i walked out. they are so unprofessional and they lack hygiene and most importantly they lack good MANNERS.do not ever go there as i would never do!

Horrible Horrible Horrible - Super Bad Customer Service and Very Unhygienic . Spa Owner doesn't care about her customers and ignores them even if they are standing with a request in front of her. I had bought 2 groupon vouchers and have requested for refund because i will never want to go and recommend anybody to go there. Thank GOD...i couldn't and dint use the groupon voucher.. phewww and went to my favorite Tips & Toes - left really really happily with their service..Due to Bad management of Bubble Spa - i give them 5 stars in being Terrible .
The service offered at this salon is terrible. I had a really bad experience after buying a Groupon voucher for a keratin treatment. I also had it coloured asking for a blond colour, I came out brunette!! After having it trimmed and treated with the keratin I ended up with more split ends than ever. I complained and asked to speak to the manager who was on holiday - conveniently! Despite promises that she would ring me back she hasn't. Obviously not concerned about customer service. Definitely wouldn't go back and would like to spread the word so other people don't waste their time and money. Their slogan should read Let us put you in A mood - I certainly was dealing with them!!
