With so many yoga studios popping up in Dubai, it can be a mind-bending experience trying to pick the best. Thankfully, YaDig's reviews of the best yoga classes in Dubai can help you concentrate on your asanas instead of your options.

If you don’t know your down dog from your tree pose, there are different styles of yoga classes to introduce you. Major practices include intense Bikram yoga, relaxing Hatha, invigorating Ashtanga, free-flowing Vinyasa and self-directed Mysore yoga.

There's no reason to sweat it out with a poor quality teacher when YaDig's reviewers have already put them to the test. Zen Yoga teaches a range of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, pre-natal and pilates, at its three locations across town. Reviewers rave about the personal attention given to every student - especially beginners.

Bikram yoga is one of the most popular forms of practice in Dubai, with a set routine of 26 postures undertaken in a humid room heated to over 40 degrees. Club Stretch and Rawr Yoga are two of the most popular Bikram studios in town. Stretch has locations in the Marina and Bur Dubai, and Rawr’s light-filled studio in JLT also offers free parking at peak times.

These aren't the only studios in town - Yoga Room and Bikram Yoga Studio are two more examples rated on YaDig. Have you had a transcendent workout at Dubai's yoga studios? Share the love with a review!

Club Stretch

If you can manage the 42 degree temperature heated room-this is a fab yoga stretch work out to get off all those toxins and sweat it out. I would recommend the Clubstretch studio on Al Mina road near Capitol hotel. It has ample car parking space.they provide you with towels and mats(at a charge) and an apple when you finish your 90 min session. It feels like a treat. The shower rooms are very neat and clean with lockers provided. The yoga/ pilates instructors are lovely.they keep you motivated and help you gain your confidence..especially if you're a beginner like me.
I love this studio. Yes,its a little expensive, but worth it for the experience and the detox it gives you!!

Renshi's Fitness Center

very much enjoyed my class with Dana, will be back for more. Felt very calm after my morning class yet had plenty of energy for the rest of the day to do all my tasks and more. Felt it was a well balanced class with a bit of everything that Yoga can offer

The Studio

This is a great little yoga studio. I visited yesterday for the 10 AM vinyasa flow with Edith. She was a fantastic instructor and it was awesome to have only 7 people in the class. The yoga studio is a bit small, so I speculate it might feel crowded with more than ten people. A single session is 75AED, including mat, towel, and locker. The studio has a great vibe and is really clean. They also offer barre, zumba, and power yoga. Some of the yoga classes are offered for both men and women, which is confirmed in the online schedules. I like this place! I will definitely return.
