Business Page Terms

Please read and understand the following terms carefully before creating a Business Page on YaDig.com.

Uses of Site
1. GENERAL USERS: YaDig.com is a location based, globally crowdsourced review service equipped with social networking technology. The Site may be used as an online utility to find, review or add such business establishments as places/venues to eat, shop, have fun, stay fit and do many other things within their current location. In addition to serving as a first-rate travel guide helping users explore new locations easier and better, the Site may as well serve as a social network enabling users to maintain their friends’ networks via the site’s platform.
2. BUSINESS USERS: YaDig.com may as well be used by businesses of all types and sizes as a platform to promote their products or services. Business users may create pages for their business and thus manage and promote their brand online using YaDig’s cutting-edge business tools as per their subscription plan.
3. Content posted to pages such as user reviews, ratings, price ratings etc. is public information and is available to everyone. As the site serves as a means of rating and reviewing business establishments for general users, YaDig.com holds no responsibility for the nature of content posted for business pages. See clause 6
4. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.
5. You must not access the Site through devices or services that are designed to provide high-speed, automated, repeated access.
6. Certain parts of the Site are protected by passwords or require a login. You must not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to such parts of the Site, or to any other protected materials or information, through any means not intentionally made available by us for your specific use.
Page Creation & Admin Rights
1. None other than the business owner or its authorized representative is allowed to create business page on the Site.
2. The Site verifies that the page creator is the actual business owner or its authorized representative prior to putting that business page live on the site. The Site doesn’t create the page if the creator doesn’t turn out to be the real owner or official of the business.
3. Although general users may add a venue/place to the Site, they cannot create proper business pages and only business owners/officials can do it.
4. The creator of the business page may extend the admin rights to other authorized personnel by adding them as their ‘Team Members.’
5. The content you add to your business profiles such as photos, videos, business information etc. is required to be reliable, authentic and not taken from any other source. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content posted, stored or uploaded onto any of your business profiles by you or any third person.
Business Verification & Claims
1. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any duplicate business profile found on the Site as the Site has an open platform and all users may add as many places/venues as they want. Although places/venues added by general users are not proper business pages, you can still claim such places/venues in case you are their actual owner.
2. In case you find your business already listed on the Site and neither you nor your official have added that business, you can Claim that business to get its ownership. False claims can render your YaDig account terminated by the Site.
3. The Site requires all businesses to verify their business pages to be sure that the pages are in the hands of their actual owners/officials. The Site may terminate your YaDig account in case you are not verified as the real business owner or representative.
Password Security and Notification
1. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your Log-In Details in respect of the Site and your YaDig.com account. Accordingly, you must take steps to protect the confidentiality of your Log-In Details. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any disclosure, loss, theft or unauthorised use of your Log-In Details.
Subscriptions & Payments
1. At the time of creating Business Page, business users are asked to choose from the two available subscription packages: Professional Business and Basic Business.
2. Basic Business subscription is for free while Professional Business subscription is the paid subscription. Choose the subscription that best suits your business needs.
3. Before you move on to the payments page in the business page creation process, you must verify that you are the actual business owner or an authorized representative.
4. Any payments once made cannot be refunded if you are not verified as the actual business owner/official and your page is rejected by the Site.
User Generated Content
1. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any user generated Content posted, stored or uploaded onto your business profile/s such as reviews, quality ratings and price ratings etc.
2. We also take no responsibility and assume no liability for any loss or damage thereto, nor are we liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter in the Interactive Areas.
3. As a provider of interactive services, we are not liable for any statements, representations or Content provided by users of the Site for your business page or other Interactive Area.
4. Although we have no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the Content posted to or distributed through any Interactive Area, we may, in our absolute discretion, remove, screen or edit without notice any Content posted or stored on the Site at any time and for any reason, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any Content you post or store on the Site at your sole cost and expense.
Deals, Offers & Advertising
1. You are solely responsible for all deals or offers you post on the Site or any advertising you run on the Site and the amount you spend on them.
2. As a business user you may get access to various promotional and advertising business tools on the Site. Whilst we have undertaken reasonable steps to ensure that such tools/functionalities are accurate and free from defect, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant the availability, accuracy, adequacy, correctness or completeness of these tools/features. These tools/functionalities are provided on an “as is” basis.
3. We take no responsibility or assume no liability for the deals, offers or promotions you post or run on the Site, or for the outcome of your promotional measures.
No Warranties
1. The Site may contain or make available various business tools, software programs or other features. Whilst we have undertaken reasonable steps to ensure that any such features or information as described above are accurate and free from defect, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant the availability, accuracy, adequacy, correctness or completeness of these features. These features are provided on an “as is” basis.
2. We do not warrant that the Site will meet your business needs, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or free from viruses.
3. Under no circumstances whatsoever do we warrant that the Site will benefit your business, or it will generate any leads, or it will promote your brand/product/service, or it will improve the search rankings of your business.
4. All warranties implied by law, except those that cannot be lawfully excluded, are excluded.
Indemnity
1. You indemnify us in full in respect of any liability incurred by us for any loss, cost, damage, or expense howsoever caused, or suffered by us as a result of your breach of these Business Page Terms. Where you use the Site inappropriately or maliciously, you agree that you will indemnify us against any losses suffered by us or any third parties as a result of or in connection with such actions.
