Terrible Treatment - I had taken the whole Family there for my Birthday (Friday Brunch) and - right from the starters to dessert they did not fail to dissapoint. They misinformed us - telling us starters were meant for (and Sized for) sharing when they clearly weren't, The main Course took over an hour and a half to get to our table, and when we dared order more than one dessert per person, the kitchen staff without informing us sent what they assumed was more appropriate for us.
When I asked to see the manager - he sent the Maitre d' and didn't bother to even hear us out. Most dissappointed. I had bookings for the Westin that I cancleed in favor of and I really regret my decision.
