We had a wonderful break last weekend in a delightful hotel with a lot of character. Simply great!

Once in a while I take off to see a new place and leave fate to the gods. Catwalk Night Club was a good experience, it was brilliant as nightclubs go administration wise. Good music, attentive staff and good cocktails. Only the crowd was younger than I expected.

One of my favorite spots in the whole of Dubai. A great place to hang out at any time, but especially in the evenings when the cool breezes blow across this open landscape. I am never bored since the crowd of party seekers never ends. Just great.

This place is close to Bank Street so I go there often on lunch break or after work. Its congenial atmosphere is a change from the rush and helps me relax before the way home. Thank God for the Palms, it helps me keep my sanity and suits my palate at the same time.

The very name of this place intrigued me, so that led to my visit here and a sampling of the offerings. The food isn't all that bad, but I really wish they'd improve the decor and have a DJ select some better music. Otherwise its no different than any other burger and sandwich joint in the city. Counter culture indeed!

The views are really great. So are the rooms, service, food and everything else. The hotel houses all the facilities you can think of. The staff is really friendly, supportive and extremely professional. It's a straight five start stay for me!
