I had the same bad experience! I bought a Groupon voucher for keratin treatment a couple of days ago. Just to be sure that I could use it, I even called the salon and they confirmed that as long as I can produce the voucher then it is valid for use. On the day of the appointment however, I was told by the salon that the voucher was not valid and I had to pay the full price since their system could not "read" the code! I was very frustrated. To make things worse, the salon supervisor/manager was not only unapologetic but rude and arrogant and said "we are the biggest salon here, if you do not like it you can just leave!" I strongly recommend not to patronise this salon or buy any groupon vouchers for this place! With this attitude would you really trust them with your hair?
