I love this place. Its so classy! and homely wthout being tacky. I also love how their stuff has colour.. which is huge for me when it comes to home decor. Everything from beds, diningware, living room, frames.. you name it. Its definitely on the more expensive side, but they are built to last. Very trendy stuff. I once had some expensive tea light stands from Canada that I bought from there, and I broke it... of course, Dubai Crate & Barrel had the same exact thing! so its truly international as well, as they have the same stuff on their website!

I love this place. This place has clothes that has colour. Sales not so much, but quality is fantastic. A little pricey, but worth the money. Its like Stradivarius, only better. I usually go to the one in Marina Mall as its closer, but if you cant find a size, Mercato Mall will have it for sure.

If you want to buy cheap stuff, everything from furniture to hair clips, come here. If you want to buy something that you can keep for a while and quality, do not come here. This huge kilometre long mart is good if you want to buy things flea-market style.. furtniture, lamps, lighting, textiles, fake purses.... cant say about the quality. I usually make the trek when I know DAISO doesnt have it, or I need something cheap and disposable stuff. You can find places that sell cheap toys.. eg toy choppers from Hamley's 300 Dhs. Toy choppers from Dragon mart - 50 dhs. Yeah. So if youre having a party, and you need to do cheap giveaways, and in the mood to bargain the sheet out of someone, this is the place. I wouldnt buy electronics from here.. im sure theyre all fake tablets! once bought a mini camera usb ... doesnt work. lol. food.. have something to eat before u come here, im not sure i'd eat this factory-kind of food.

I love this place. I wish it was closer to the Marina so I could go there more often. I also wish it was less deserted, buttttttttt.... i think that works to my advantage. I love coming here and just taking pics of random things, the fact that its not that busy helps. Its a little too big, they have like 5 gates.. but my complaint is, you can only use the 3 aed ticket for 2 gate entrances... which is rubbish. Its the same park, for pete's sake, why charge again for a 3rd entry?! I needed to go to more than 1 entrance, and i thought it would be faster with a car. I also wish they had more frequent washrooms and little water cooler fridges.... for a park that size, they need to be more frequent esp in the summer. I wish they had a track as well, maybe I missed it, but the park in Barsha has a fantastic designated track and biking area so you can even rollerblade there.

My first intro to Brit mushy peas!! Didnt think I'd like a brit place, but this place wasnt bad. So far Ive had their fish and chips (careful huge portion), mushy peas, steak and kidney pie... I was told this was the best Brit place to be, and from my limited Brit experience, I dont think the steak and kidney pie was that good. BUT its just an excuse for me to check it out again i guess! I love the open kitchen concept, the chefs put in a lot of work as you can tell, and the food is timely. presentation is also good. Its a little heavy on the wallet, but I suppose thats a place in Souk Al Bahar for you.

One of my other go-to places in Dubai Mall area, in Souk Al bahar. First, the view - outstanding! Second - the food, lots of great italian choices. You can tell the food is fresh, and not reheated. Third, the service... very attentive. I bring my visitor friends all the time, we watch the fountains in the evening, great for couples if u want the romance feel, and the vast selection of food.. what can I say, I am never disappointed. I usually stick with their pasta meals, they are soooo yummy! and not too heavy either.

Wow, first reviewer on this. To brighten up my hot and sweaty summer here, I bought a groupon for a 1 night stay at this resort.. included crab hunting in the evening, buffet lunch and breakfast. Its quite close, just near Sharjah.. on the way, you might be lucky and spot the millions of flamingos on the lagoon. Rooms werent as bad as we were told, in fact, not bad. Summer's not a good time go.. It was boiling hot in the afternoon, so all we could do was stay inside and get drunk on the cheap drinks inside the mini bar.. everything from Fosters to Mike's Hard, haha. In the evening, we went crab hunting at a lagoon, which is what the hotel provides and famous for. You get some mini sandwiches before you go, then you take a mini boat out to the lagoon around 7, stop at a deignated spot, and you kill these crab babies with a spear! it was awesome! im too nice, i didnt have the heart to gore these things, but it was a great experience nevertheless. after an hour, they bring you back to the resort, and u can shower and change, they cook the crabs for you and serve it with an international buffet.. all outside. you can hang out with your friends near the beach, make a bonfire, get drunk, as drinks are allowed, (or sneak in as we did, haha), and stay up all night.. and get ready to check out the next morning after the breakfast buffet.. which, Im sorry, was awful. dinner buffet was *somewhat* edible, but the breakfast was gross. would i do it again? as a groupon yes full price no.

Went there as a friend was organizing a get together.. for 80 or 100 dhs, we got an amazing deal of a lot of appetizers and entrees... hummus (my standard for arabic food) was excellent, and the fattoush too... we had at least 5 other dishes, i was so stuffed. the other little bites like falafel, salads, grilled meats was soooo good. service was fast, pleasant, and extremely affordable in my opinion. u have the option of doing shisha too, so thats always a plus in this area for shisha lovahs.

as a sushi lover, i had high hopes for this place.. also, its walking distance from my place. never get the salmon teriyaki from this place, i have never tastied a more saltier dish than the one from here. Their sushi rolls are a little pricey, but i guess thats marina prices for you. I can tell its not even that fresh though. Customer service is fast. I cant think of anythign rlse about this place, im still tasting the salt on that dish.

As a nerd, this place is heaven-on-earth for me. They have EVERYTHING. EVERYTHINGGGGGGGGGGGG!!! I was looking for Banksy calendars for Christmas, and they had it. If they have stuff that you can only find in the UK, that means its great. its also massive.. I could get lost and spend hours here.. everything from art supplies (a little overpriced, BUT, one stop-shop so i cant complain) to stationery to magazines you dont get anywhere else to best-seller books to comic books to hard-to-find books.. including books and videos in other languages! all they need is a fish aquarium INSIDE the store and I can say they have everything. They have have amazing anime toy characters.. whch i know nothing about, but great for gifts for anime nerds. The only thing I dont lke is they dont allow ANY photography here at all.. I couldnt even use my camera phone!! and a lot of stuff is shrink wrapped.. like, how am I supposed to want to buy a 1000 dhs fashion book without looking inside it?? needless to say, i end up looking at half the stuff, and only buying stuff I cant get anywhere else.
