I bought coupon from Yalla I bought voucher for this saloon & used it today their service is awful.I bought Option 2 . first the lady gave me instead of full color she just colored my roots then i told why , I paid for full hair , Paid extra 100Dhs she charged for rinsage , but end she was just not it mood i told her why she did rinsage it made her unhappy :( i raised my voice then owner came & told her to do rinsage, but really very unhappy with this saloon.I will recommend u never never go to this saloon its useless. Before procedure she took 100Dhs for rinsage if she is not trusting client Really appreciate u put saloons they have good remarks but otherwise it useless paying money to these kinds of saloon

HI! I also bought voucher from Groupon for this hair color+ keratin treatment+haircut+blow dry& manicure @ En Vogue Beauty Center.I took appointment & went there ,their place was total mess with lots of so called Hollywood trained :) men, moving around here & there. Mine turn came after one hour, one person did color every time I have to ask when it will be washed then they put keratin again no one was there to come & tell me & when they will wash & haircut was worst done by their so called Hollywood trained staff, they all were moving around as i had gone for free. Even before my turn came the so called manager he said he will charge AED 200 for my hair & my hair are shoulder cut. My daughter was with me he charged AED 350 for her. They were only giving special attention to Westerners & rich Arab Ladies, Serving them Coffee, tea & water & talking them to a lot, not paying to other customers. Really very very disappointed with their service & attitude. For manicure they were using same tools for every one no sterilization. I will never & not recommend any one to go to this beauty center, they staff were with tired faces . Very Very much disappointed with so called Hollywood trained staff & their center.

LondongirlinDXB I really think something should be done about this Salon. I had the most horrifying ordeal last week. The manager/owner have no idea how to win customers and keep them! I'm trying to contact the DED as they have a consumer department. I think if enough people complain, something may be done. This tricking and bad treatment for customers is just not on, regardless if you pay by voucher or not. Granted those that have had a good experience are in the minority and probably very simple cases (I would guess light hair and short hair!) They also advertise falsely - they don't have a 'ladies section' and they don't have 200 stations either!!!!!
