I just returned from this place, and I still have a headache from it!!
My wife and I booked 1 week in advance, however, once we arrived, we had to wait for over 2 hours to be checked into our room. This was unacceptable.
Once we arrived to the room, it was not what we had paid for; this was unacceptable.
Finally, we decided to just leave, however, the manager just happened to intervene at this stage. He got us a proper room and provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine, plus a late check-out.
The room was decent, no complains there.The food was also decent. The next day we went for a massage and it was good.
When we checked out we thought we had paid for everything, but I just received a phone call that they forgot to bill us for the lunch we had today. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
I don't know if I will ever go back. The reason why can be be explained in 3 words, "service, service, service!!". Every single person except for 1 manager are complete idiots and do not know anything about their own hotel. If this place wants to stay in business, I would suggest firing all of the employees but one(the manager). At least he knows what he is doing and I believe he could do more than the 100 employees can do in a lifetime!
